1. Business invitation visa (Type C)

Legal Basis: Article 18, Law on Foreigners. Purpose: Short-term business activities including meetings, negotiations, contract signing, conferences, and preparatory investment actions. Included services: an official business invitation issued and notarized by the Marko Marosevic Foundation, certified translation and notarization, foundation registration confirmation, and entry guidance with legal instructions. Fee: 250 EUR (one-time). Validity: Up to 90 days, renewable in accordance with applicable regulations.

2. Work and residence program (Type D)

Legal Basis: Articles 37–41, Law on Employment of Foreigners. Purpose: Legal employment and temporary residence in Serbia under Come Invest doo. Included services: a six-month employment contract with a customized position, employer invitation and accommodation confirmation, full documentation preparation and verification, and assistance throughout the application and registration process. Fees: 350 EUR for document preparation, 260 EUR for government fees, and a 1,000 EUR success commission payable after approval. Total cost: 1,610 EUR. Validity: 6 months, renewable.

3. Founders residence program (Business ownership)

Legal Basis: Article 56, Law on Foreigners. Purpose: Temporary residence based on company ownership and active business participation. Structure: requires a minimum of six founders. Each founder contributes 800 EUR. Founders collectively hold 80 percent ownership, while Come Invest doo retains a 20 percent operational stake. Included services: full company registration with APR, tax identification number, and bank account, legal and tax structuring, residence permit application filing, and ongoing business guidance and representation.

4. Education, accommodation and employment integration

Legal Basis: Article 50, Law on Foreigners. Purpose: Residence based on education or professional training with integrated accommodation and employment pathway. Included services: educational visa facilitation, official residence address and accommodation, meals during the training period, certified language or professional training program, and job placement assistance following completion. Total cost: 5,000 EUR (all-inclusive). Validity: 12 months, renewable.

5. Residence based on real estate usage rights

Legal Basis: Article 50, Law on Foreigners. Description: Temporary residence granted on the basis of a legally certified contractual right to use a defined portion of real estate owned by Come Invest doo. The company remains the legal property owner, while the foreign participant holds a certified right to use 12 square meters, constituting a lawful basis for residence. Model structure: total property size of 60 square meters, an individual usage right of 12 square meters per foreign participant, and a maximum of five foreign participants per property. Full ownership and administration remain with Come Invest doo. Estimated costs vary by location: Central Serbia approximately 4,000 EUR, Novi Sad approximately 6,000 EUR, Belgrade approximately 8,000 EUR, and Zlatibor or Kopaonik approximately 10,000 EUR.

Applicants must provide a valid passport with at least six months validity, one biometric photograph, proof of sufficient financial resources, health insurance valid in the Republic of Serbia, purpose-specific documentation such as employment contracts, education confirmation, or property usage agreements, and apostilled and officially translated documents where applicable.
